The Journey...

 My path into consulting started with a curiosity about how organizations and teams operate at their best. From managing Abercrombie & Fitch’s expansion in China to earning my PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I’ve learned that success is about more than just systems—it’s about the people behind them. 


At RF IO Consulting, I work closely with businesses to help them grow strategically by aligning leadership, processes, and technology in a way that makes sense for their unique needs.
